Funeral services for Thomas Maurice Litton, Jr. were held at Antioch Baptist Church in Mansfield, LA on Thursday, June 27, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. with Reverend Bob Latham officiating. Burial followed at Allen Cemetery in Mansfield, Louisiana. Family received friends at the church for visitation on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Thomas was born January 1, 1952 in Shreveport, Louisiana to Thomas Maurice Litton, Sr. and Mallie Ruth Richey. He entered into rest on June 22, 2019 in Mansfield, Louisiana. Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Evans Litton; son, Jonathan Richard Litton, Sr.; his parents; and sisters, Wanda Slay and Sherry Lewis.
Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sons, Thomas M Litton III and wife, Emily of Converse, Louisiana and Brandon M. Binning of Stanley, Louisiana; daughters, Paula Smith and husband, Justin and Cassie Mann and husband, Eddie, both of Mansfield, Louisiana; sister, Lillie Bullard and husband, James of Belmont, Louisiana; brother, Charles Ray Litton of Montgomery, Louisiana; grandchildren, Michael Singleton, Gabriel Singleton, Lacey Litton, Jonathan Litton, Jr., Justin Smith, Jr., Thomas Lane Litton, and Thomas Litton IV; and great-grandchild, Joseph Singleton.
Pallbearers for Mr. Litton will be Ron Crager, Henry Touchton, Arthur Touchton, Jeremy Evans, Michael Singleton, Tommy Lashley, Stephen Lewis, and Billy Joe Blankenship.
Honorary pallbearers will be Rich Farmer, Mike Prince, and Danny Cook.
